DELIVERY OF SERVICES
This is a schematic of the services offered in each section of
the proposed site.
At the core, four basic functions are served to the individual home:
1.
Software for evaluating an individual home and then comparing that
home to averages in the neighborhood.
2. A database of conservation projects.
3. Connectivity to the BPA database — this allows each utility
to earn credits and then extend those credits to the utility customer.
4. A database of suppliers and sponsors maintained by each utility
with the proceeds going to that utility.
